a month agoLove going to The Moon Rock and Rolling Smoke BBQ is my go-to truck for the best amd most delicious Brisket Nachos. They are fully loaded and piled with tender Brisket. They make sure you get your money's worth.

4 months agoI blatantly asked is their lemonade freshly squeezed which they replied it was. It unfortunately was a lie right to my face cause it was powdered… I also asked for extra crispy fries for my bbq cheese fries only for them to say they are delicious..crispy… The fries were barely cooked! What a bust for $20. Good luck

6 months agoI went there on several occasions during my short visit to Harlingen. I enjoyed the Rolling Smoke Bbq's wonderful southern hospitality. The service and the food were amazing. They are one big reason why I will return to visit Texas. I highly recommend them. Big thank you to David and his family. Much love to you and yours, J. Whitehorse.

11 months agoLoveeeed it here!! Definitely going back for some more later!! Curious on there frito pie with beans and brisket!!! The sausage is so yummy!!! The brisket is super moist!! There Pico de gallo was perfect!

a year agoIf this food truck was this good, I’m looking forward to see how their main location is! These guys managed to create a perfectly tender and Smokey flavored brisket in their food truck and it was absolutely mouthwatering. Although I only had it chopped small for my hot Cheetos snack, those small, yet plentiful, bits of meat packed a lot of flavor. Will definitely be back to their food truck, but I also want to try out their main restaurant because of it now. Decently priced for the amount you get as well.

2 years agoGenerous portions of succulent brisket. The best!!! Biggest portions I've ever had for this very reasonable pricing. The loaded potato was perfectly cooked...tasted amazing! Beans were super fresh and potato salad ratio was on point. Highly recommend!

4 years agoDelicious juicy brisket smoked with post oak instead of being overpowered by mesquite like most BBQ in the valley. "Texas Twinkie" poppers are huge and awesome.
