Love going to The Moon Rock and Rolling Smoke BBQ is my go-to truck for the best amd most delicious Brisket Nachos. They are fully loaded and piled with tender Brisket. They make sure you get your money's worth.
I blatantly asked is their lemonade freshly squeezed which they replied it was. It unfortunately was a lie right to my face cause it was powdered… I also asked for extra crispy fries for my bbq cheese fries only for them to say they are delicious..crispy… The fries were barely cooked! What a bust for $20. Good luck
I went there on several occasions during my short visit to Harlingen. I enjoyed the Rolling Smoke Bbq's wonderful southern hospitality. The service and the food were amazing.
